Order

All orders on lovenil.com must be made as follows:

Enter your customer information, choose delivery method
Select items and quantity as you want and put them in the shopping cart
From the shopping cart on the right side of the page, you can continuously follow your order and select “GO TO CART”
From the item overview, the order can be adjusted, after which the delivery continues
Confirm that all information is correct, accept our terms and conditions and approve the order by paying

Payment

At Lovenil.com you only have one option for payment. You can pay by card payment (Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mastercard Maestro, American express, JCB Cards)

Security

When shopping at Lovenil.com, you must use a debit card. To protect your card details, when entering card details, you will be redirected to a payment page provided by Quickpay that is certified to handle payment data. Quickpay ensures that all information is processed encrypted so that neither Lovenil.com nor others can access your card information.

Prices and payment

All prices on Lovenil.com are of course including VAT and all taxes.

On your order you will also be able to see the price we charge for packaging and delivery at your home. Just as you will be able to see any. fee for card payment.

What does it cost to get delivered?

From the time we receive the goods from our suppliers, until the pre-packaged orders are picked up by our drivers, the goods are stored in their respective temperature zone in our warehouse.

Receipt

Once you have approved your payment on Lovenil.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will receive your invoice electronically as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery. You can also see your invoice on “My Account” as soon as the order is delivered.

Delivery

Lovenil.com delivers throughout DK and in selected EU countries.

When you order, you can choose which shipment you want your goods delivered to. However, we make reservations for unforeseen obstacles, such as traffic and weather conditions and other things that cause the shipment to be delayed.

Complaint

Right of withdrawal

You can return the item to us by post or freight, and thus pay for the transport costs yourself.

You must return the goods or return them to Lovenil.com without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed Lovenil.com of the exercise of the right of withdrawal of the agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days.
